How often do I replace the vitamin C cartridge?

Our product pages say within 30 to 45 days for handheld cartridges and 60 to 90 days for wall-mounted ones, depending on use. Daily and longer showers use a cartridge faster. Note the install date and replace on schedule; see our guide on how often to replace a vitamin C cartridge.

Will it fit my shower?

Yes for the vast majority of homes. Aroma Sense heads use the standard ½-inch (NPT) connection used across the US. Wall-mounted models screw straight onto the wall arm; handheld models connect to a standard shower hose.

Does it really increase water pressure?

It is designed to keep pressure strong. The nozzle design concentrates the spray so it feels focused. Actual pressure still depends on your home's water supply.

What scents are available?

Lavender, Lemon, White Citrus, Blue Ocean, Mandarin Tea, Tea Tree Lavender and Deep in the Forest, among others. You can mix scents in a cartridge 3-pack.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, and all prices are in US dollars.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more, and $8 on smaller orders (3–6 business days, plus 1–2 business days to process your order). Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is $19.99 and is available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Every return needs an RMA (return authorization) number from us first, so contact us before shipping anything. Cartridges and bath products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
