Warranty & Returns

Every Aroma Sense shower head is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Warranty claims

If your shower head develops a defect in normal use, contact us with your order reference and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll repair or replace it at no charge, including shipping. If we ask you to send the product back, we will give you an RMA number first.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened vitamin C cartridges can't be returned. Every return needs an RMA number issued by us before you ship. See the full returns policy for details.

Not covered

Normal cartridge depletion, mineral scale from hard water that isn't cleaned periodically, or damage from drops, over-tightening or non-standard plumbing.
