Not sure which part you need?

Parts are specific to each shower head model. Check the model name on the box or on the head itself, or contact us with a photo and we will confirm the right part before you order. Our installation guide and cleaning guide cover taking the head apart. Every return needs an RMA number from us first; see the returns policy.
